We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Return shipping is free for defective items; otherwise, customers cover return shipping costs.

Yes, you need an account to place an order. After registering, you must verify your email. Once verified, your account will be reviewed and approved by our admin team. After that, you can log in and place your orders.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account and view the status under “My Orders.” If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link provided in the email.
